Shipping and collection

We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM on the same day.

However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and in that case, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we be unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Depending on the products you have chosen and the shipping method, delivery will be handled by the postman or parcel delivery service of GLS, UPS, DHL, or PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day. As you will likely understand, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. You will be kept informed via the delivery service's track & trace.

Shipping costs
The prices listed on this website are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the destination and can be viewed at checkout once your address has been entered.

Delivery to address
Generally, delivery to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Pick up at a service point
Have your order delivered to a service point near you. This way, you do not have to stay home and you can be sure that your order will be delivered on time. If you cannot select a service point, this is likely because you have ordered large products. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot deliver large products to service points. It is also possible that there is no available service point near you.

Pick up in store
You can also choose to pick up your order at our store in Waalwijk (NL). If the product is in stock, you can often pick up your order on the same working day.

Track & Trace code
We will keep you informed via email and send you a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have created an account on our website, you can also find your track & trace code there. Using the track & trace code, you will often see the delivery date as well as the time when you can expect your order from The Autosport Company. Delivery times are only an indication and depend on various factors. Please always keep an eye on the track & trace code to see the correct delivery time.
